Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Sales Agent to join our team! As a Field Sales Agent, you will make new connections to potential clients and strengthen existing relationships with current clients, develop new sales/marketing proposals and strategies for clients, and identify new potential leads. You will also attend local networking events to make new connections and often work with other advertising agents to brainstorm and collaborate. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, exceptional communication skills, and works well independently and in a team environment. 

Responsibilities 
  • Identify and make connections with new sales leads
  • Work with existing clients to build strong relationships and provide valuable sales/marketing services
  • Attend local events to network with potential clients and identify opportunities
  • Work with other sales agents to brainstorm and collaborate
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience desired
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • People person. You should be able to be a customer service-oriented person
  • Bi-lingual is a bonus. 
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
